USER GUIDE & INSTALLATION OF WS DEVICES

Installation

Installation location of the device must be flat and balanced.
Clean water (running or tap water) connection must be set.
A valve must be placed at a close distance to device on the running water line.
A waste water drainage connection should be installed for discharge.
An electric panel must be installed and panel shall have phase protection, such as thermal, fuse, etc...
There must be an electrical on/off switch very next to the device.
Water pump should not be operated without water (otherwise, engine will stop operating).
Floater must be adjusted and water level should be checked.
Protective measures should be taken for water pump and water lines against freezing (if it’s the case).
Aspirator (ventilation) should be connected to device output for suction of air from the device.
Air capacity of the aspirator shall not exceed water system capacity. Otherwise filtration will not be productive as planned and system would leak water.
Maintenance and service should be taken into consideration while installation location is selected.

Operation

Electrical and water connections must be checked.
Any obstacle such as fabric, paper, metal, etc. inside the device that may harm water pump must be removed.
Fill the device with clean water.
Never operate water pump without water.
Water-level and water valves must be checked. Adjust the valves.
You should operate the device by closing control cover, if it is open.
Make sure water pump is rotating in the correct direction (shown on the water pump).

Periodical Maintenance

Stop the system if operating. Change the positions of two valves on the system.
Operate the system and discharge water.
Shut the system down as soon as water is discharged.
Water pump should not be operated without water.
Open the control cover, remove filters and wash using water if dirt is observed.
Clean any solid residues at the floor of system.
Put filters back and close the control cover.
System will be ready for operation after the completion of refilling water.
